在台灣的夜市與熱炒店裡,鍋氣就是靈魂。
我們的主廚正是從這裡出發——來自台灣,十多年前帶著一手絕活來到灣區,在多家知名餐廳擔任炒鍋師傅,用雙手和鐵鍋累積了無數的火候與經驗。

疫情的那段時間,他回到台灣,重新找回了熟悉的家鄉味與人情味。那段歲月,讓他更加明白:食物不只是飽足,更是安慰人心的力量。

如今,他再度回到灣區,把記憶中的台灣滋味帶回來,創立了屬於自己的餐廳。這裡的每一道菜,都承載著他在鐵鍋前的汗水與堅持,也是一份對家鄉的思念與驕傲。

我們相信,真正的「台灣熱炒」,不只是味道鮮明,更是一種熱鬧的氛圍——朋友聚會的笑聲、家人團聚的溫暖、和那一口吃下去就能勾起回憶的熟悉滋味。

Our Story

In Taiwan’s bustling night markets and stir-fry shops, the “wok hei” – the breath of the wok – is the soul of every dish.
Our chef began his journey there. Over a decade ago, he came to the Bay Area, working as a stir-fry master in many well-known restaurants, honing his craft through countless hours behind the flames.

During the pandemic, he returned to Taiwan, where he reconnected with the flavors of home and the warmth of family. That time reminded him that food is not only about taste and nourishment, but also about comfort and belonging.

Now back in the Bay Area, he has finally opened a restaurant of his own, bringing with him the flavors, energy, and heart of Taiwan. Each dish reflects years of dedication, the spirit of home, and a proud connection to his roots.

We believe that true Taiwanese stir-fry is more than bold flavors – it is a lively atmosphere: the laughter of friends, the warmth of family gatherings, and the nostalgic taste that brings people together.
